Shipping + Returns

All orders ship within 5 business days, Monday through Friday, of payment confirmation via USPS or UPS, excluding holidays and weekends. Delivery time will vary depending on your selected shipping method. Should you need an order sooner than the standard shipping time, you have the option to choose expedited shipping at checkout for an additional cost. For inquiries regarding one-day or overnight shipping, please email us at connect@namaihome.com and we can work with you to get your order faster.

Please note: Estimated delivery time is based on the day the order ships, not the day the order is placed. Shipping method chosen at checkout does not change the standard 5 business day processing time. You will be emailed tracking information when your order ships to the email address used at checkout or registered to your account. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update. Shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or other outstanding circumstances are out of our control and shipping times may vary significantly for international customers. If you experience issues with your tracking information or your package is missing/lost, please email us at connect@namaihome.com.

Namai Home and Miller Media Partners LLC is not responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged by UPS or USPS nor are we responsible for any package once it is dropped off at its destination.


Shipping Rates

Due to the wide variety of items we offer in our shop, shipping rates are calculated using a weight-based shipping method. Shipping rates will vary depending upon the total weight of your order and may vary at checkout depending on the products in your basket. Shipping methods and rates available at checkout are calculated according to the weight of your package.

 
Returns
 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us so that we can work with you on the issue. If the product(s) you received is damaged or not as described on our website, we can offer you a full refund, minus shipping and handling, or product replacement exchange. If you would like to return an item for a refund without exchanging, we offer returns for 30 days from the day your received the item and will process a full refund, minus shipping and handling. Cancellations
 

Orders are processed within 24 hours of when they are placed. Should you decide to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at connect@namaihome.com with your order # so that we can process your cancellation. We will email you upon canceling your order. If your order has already been shipped, it can not be canceled.
